This Cookie Policy explains how THE PULSE Holding GmbH uses cookies and similar technologies on the investor portal. It should be read with our Privacy Notice. The storing of and access to information on your device is governed by § 25 TDDDG (the German Telecommunications-Digital-Services Data Protection Act, formerly TTDSG): strictly-necessary cookies are exempt from consent; any non-essential cookies require your prior consent.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help a site work, keep you signed in securely, and remember your preferences. Some are set by us (first-party); some may be set by infrastructure providers we rely on.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies
Essential for the portal to function and to keep your session secure. The portal cannot work without them and they do not track you for advertising. They do not require consent.
- Authentication session cookie (keeps you securely signed in; set by the portal; expires with your session).
Functional / preference cookies
Remember a choice you make to improve your experience.
- Sidebar state cookie (remembers whether the navigation sidebar is open or collapsed; set by the portal).
Analytics, advertising, and third-party embedded content
None. The portal sets no analytics or marketing cookies, embeds no third-party media (e.g. video), and loads its fonts from our own servers (no connection to Google Fonts). Where we measure how the portal is used, we do so server-side against your account (see the Privacy Notice) — this does not place additional cookies on your device.
Why there is no cookie banner
Because the portal uses only strictly-necessary and basic functional cookies — and no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies — no consent banner is required. (The server-side activity analytics described in section 2 and the Privacy Notice do not rely on cookies.) If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we will add a consent mechanism and update this policy first.
Your choices
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; most browsers let you block or remove them. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of the portal.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy when we change the tools we use; we will update the “Last updated” date. Questions: [email protected].
